JIB Cranes
GBT-Type column-mounted crane
They distinguish themselves for the optimal use of the available height, as they do not have boom support tie-rods; differently from the GBC-type column-mounted cranes, the GBT-type allow, a greater hook run during lifting, equal to the useful space. Boom rotation is regulated by an adjustable braking device. The column-mounted crane must be anchored to the ground with a foundation plinth. Alternatively, pressure adjusting screws or appropriately-sized chemical fasteners can be used for small capacities; in this case it is recommended to contact our technical office.

GBH-Type bracket-mounted crane
GBH cranes are characterized by an extreme lightness of arm rotation obtained with the use of an IPE or HEA type double T profile which also allows the application of motorized trolleys. The rotation of the arm is regulated by an adjustable braking device.
Gbc-type column-mounted cranes
The GBC-type cranes are distinguished by extreme lightness of boom rotation, which is obtained with the use of a special press-bent steel section. The pulley tackle-holder trolley runs inside this section and has nylon wheels, turning on permanently lubricated ball bearings allowing increased smoothness.

Cranes with electric rotation
GBR series jib cranes have electrical rotation. Jib cranes are generally used to render work places and operating machines autonomous without the intervention of other staff and without using collective use means of transport or plants. A necessary investment for a high yield, a continuous saving of manpower with the reduction of block times, which allows the rapid recovery of the expense sustained. A wide range of executions allow us to supply the customer with the most rational machine continual new requirements. In many cases jib cranes are the only solution possible when other lifting and handling systems cannot be used. ROTATING BOOM Realised, according to the capacity and the length of steel girders with unified section or with boxed girder with internal stiffening diaphragms. It has, like the column, perforated flanges ready for the application of the centre bearing, to which it is connected with high-strength bolts. COLUMN-MOUNTED In self-supporting steel with special circular and/or octagonal section guaranteeing stiffness. The column is also accompanied by base plates for ground fixture ground, and at the upper end has a perforated flange prepared for the application of the centre bearing. ROTATION MECHANISM Made from basic thrust bearing (centre bearing) able to contrast both vertical thrust and the overturning moment, and a motor reducer mounted on the boom, with self-braking motor on start-up and progressive braking, whose pinion, flush-fitted onto the slow shaft, engage onto the centre bearing internal teeth. The assembly system, the precision of the centre bearing and the sensitivity of the motor reducer, ensure perfect boom rotation. The cranes may have rope and/or chain pulley tackle.
Single girder or double girderwalking crane
The single girder or double girder walking cranes are designed for particular assembly use in large industries with boom realised by a box girder or a unified section girder, connected with the supporting structure to the running heads with high resistance bolts. The cranes have running mechanisms with self-braking motors and progressive braking start-up, which ensure the perfect and smooth movement of the boom. The cranes may have rope and/or chain pulley tackle.
Manual rotation Cranes GBRM 360°
The manually rotated crane is a GBRM series jib crane.
This type of jib crane is used with the intervention of the staff who, by MANUALLY sliding the chain vertically, moves the ROTATTION BOOMS 360 ° thus facilitating the work of the machine, being able to transport and move the load to multiple work points.
The operator in charge of handling the crane by means of a slight manual push of the lifted load can direct the load of the machine in one direction rather than another.
An investment necessary for a high return in any work environment, indoors and outdoors.
In many cases, jib cranes are the only possible solution when other means of lifting and transport cannot be used. SWIVEL ARM made, depending on the capacity and length, in steel beam with unified profile or in box beam with internal stiffening diaphragms. It is equipped, like the column, with a perforated flange designed for the application of the fifth wheel to which it is connected with high-strength bolts. COLUMN In self-supporting steel with special circular and / or octagonal profile, it guarantees good rigidity. The column is also equipped with a base plate for anchoring the base, and at the upper end of a perforated flange prepared for the application of the fifth wheel. ROTATION MECHANISM consisting of an axial base bearing (fifth wheel) capable of counteracting both the vertical thrust and the tilting moment, and a gearmotor mounted on the arm, with self-braking motor with starting and progressive braking, whose pinion, keyed on the slow shaft, meshes with the internal toothing of the fifth wheel. The assembly system, the precision of the fifth wheel and the sensitivity of the gearmotor, ensures perfect rotation of the arm. The cranes can be equipped with rope and / or chain hoists.
