ETS WRH explosion-proof hoist
The range of the WRH hoists guarantees the maximum security for capacities from 2000 Kg. to 20000 Kg. The WRH rope hoist is manufactured in accordance with the Machines Directive 2006/42/EC and the Atex Directive 94/9/EC. The IECex version is also available. The WRH hoist is suitable for uses in potentially explosive areas with Eex-d & Eex-d(e) protection for Zone 1 & 2 group 2G & 3G and for Gas (IIA,IIB,IIC) and Dust (Zone 22) and Temperature Class T3 & T4.
The three-phase asynchronous motor with IP55 minimum protection with insulation class F and over-temperature B allows the highest performances in the respective utilization classes. The hoist is equipped with guide-rope, grooved drum, lifting and translation limit switch, lifting overload switch, highly resistant rope with security coefficient ≥ 5. Main structure is made of steel. Solid Brall high-resistance wheels, steel hook with safety latch and bronze coating, bronze coated pulleys. Nickeled-Brass or AISI 316 stainless steel cable glands.
All motors and electrical material are Atex or IECex certified depending on the client’s request.

ETS offers a wide range of ECH series electric chain hoists, all designed to ensure flexibility, strength and durability.
The ECH hoists are suitable for use in all standard work areas but also for aggressive or potentially explosive environments (Gas Zone 1 & Zone 2 and Dust Zone 21 & Zone 22 in accordance with the Atex Directive 2014/34 / EU).
The range also includes the version suitable for operating up to a temperature of -40 ° C with EAC Russia certification.
